Italian Blend Duo (Northern and Southern Italy) Bags + Jars

Thinking about Italy means thinking about love and great food. (and the love of great food)! The cuisine of Southern and Northern Italy varies from region to region.

For Northern Italy the common thread is a strong reliance on herbs, butter and cream and many dishes have a slightly rounded sweetness. Our Southern Italian blend relies on fresh tomatoes, herbs and garlic.

Our Italian blends make it easy to whip up a pasta or polenta dish with a few pinches of seasoning. At Watson’s we encourage making food from scratch, however our seasoning blends can be added to grocer or restaurant prepared meals to add “gustoso.”
