Watson’s Seasoning Blends is a family-owned artisanal food company based in Los Angeles. Watson’s was founded to make it easier for people to eat fresh and
healthy home-cooked food, including more plant-based options, by providing interesting and sophisticated spice blends to enhance flavor. Often times people want to eat healthier but don’t know how to season food so their dishes taste great: This is where Watson’s Seasoning Blends comes in.
Pairing the right seasonings together for meals often means having to purchase a variety of separate and costly spices. Our Flavors

Our California Everything is a love letter to our home state and is perfect on avocado toast, dips and sauces, rice, beans, salads, and veggies. You can amp up the smoky, salty, savory taste of your grilling favorites with our Yumami seasoning. Our Nudish blend is a great way to make your flavors come alive without overpowering them and using a special Pacific Ocean kelp called wakame helps our Furikake blend to elevate all your classic Asian cooking.
If it’s Mexican food you’ve got a hankering for then we have two special, artisanal seasonings that go with any dish. Our Ciudad No. 8 is a blend of mild spices and herbs for lighter Mexican fare but if you want to add some zest to your tacos, burritos, or bowls then our Ciudad No. 22 will make your dishes burst with flavor.
If you can’t get “That’s Amore” in your head, well we have that covered as well with Watson’s Italian seasoning blends. Our Nord seasoning is like a trip to Venice or Lake Como, featuring a slightly rounded sweetness, perfect for pasta or polenta. Our Sud seasoning brings the taste of Puglia and Napoli to your dishes with a heartier, tomato infused flavor inspired by the kitchen of our founder’s Italian grandmother.
Giving Back
Proceeds from our California Everything spice blend are donated to the California Firefighters Benevolent Fund, which provides assistance and support to California firefighters displaced or impacted by fire or natural disaster.

Watson’s Seasoning Blends was founded by travelers and long-time vegans, Lori and Jim Amos. Lori, a native Californian, and Jim, an East Coaster, believe that food can change your health, your mood and is a perfect way to bring people together. They are based in Los Angeles, where they rescue animals and do their best to live a compassionate, purposeful (and delicious) life.
